Diet Plan for Nut / Peanut Allergy

This is my go-to! Pretty much the only fast food I can eat. I go here at least once a week, never have issues. Great lettuce wrap burger. They always double or triple check your order to make menj it's right. My go-to for a cheap easy gf fast food meal. French Fries are my favorite in town and taste homemade and they serve ketchup all natural NO high fructose corn syrup.

Their fries are the best! I keep asking them to carry GF buns. I hope they will someday.

Texas' all-natural, affordable burger stand. - P. Terry's Burger Stand

I eat at this location all the time and I'm Celiac. They will make your burger a lettuce wrap and the fries are also gluten free. The food is alright, but nothing to write home about. The burger is technically gluten free, if you order it without the bun. The fries are also terrrys free, but they aren't that exciting, either.

Menu Planning for the Food Allergy Cook

It's not bad if you need to grab some fast food late at night, but in Austin you have better options most of the time. Food is ok, but even if they make a bunless burger, they set it right down on the same spot they just set a bun. Loads of cross contamination-bummer. The fryer is used only for fries, which have no batter, so they're safe for celiacs.

Burgers and buns are not cooked mneu the same part of the grill.

The celiac twins have never had a reaction to their bunless burgers. Quality ingredients.

So lame! I asked what was available for gluten-free and told a milkshake! I only give it a 1 star because it wouldn't take none but there is nothing to rate!!! Write trrys Review.

Not too long ago, I used to show up at the grocery store and wander aimlessly around the aisles looking for inspiration. Because we were transitioning to a grain-, soy- and dairy-free diet because of food allergies, I had a hard time figuring out what to make, what to buy, and how to make it taste good. My fridge is full of delicious real food—most of which I cook up on a Sunday so that I just have to reheat it during the week.
